I was just looking through body kits for my gen 2 and while on
I found that they were advertising:
the CUDA front bumber for £250
the CUDA rear bumber for £250
the CUDA FULL KIT for £250

Am I reading this wrong????
and if i not, and I was to buy it, do they legally have to give me the full kit for that price? even if they have made a mistake?

If they notice it they can tell you before sending it to you they can choose to not accept the price and change it, but if they send it to you and you physically have it and then they realise, they cant do anything about it.

They are legally allowed to change it at any time before delivery, even after you pay but they have to tell you and give you the option of paying the rest or sending you the refund.

I would, grab a bargain until they notice. hell buy 3 and sell them off at an increased price

Yup, there have been a few online price errors on currys, amazon etc where they forgot to add a 0, so a £1000 tv cost just £100. they had hundreds of orders, all paid but all were cancelled by the websites and everybody refunded.

Basically, if you want to buy something, the seller has 2 options. Sell you the product at the advertised price, or don't sell the product to you at all.

If the price is wrong, and they refuse to sell, they can't just change the price and sell it to you 5mins later, you would have to go back the next day. We've had this at work a few times where an incorrect price has gone out, and we get messages to re-ticket with the correct price and refuse sale to anyone asking for the wrong price.

The law does understand that errors can be made.
