Insurance rip off- It continues

Right had a quick look around for insurance and mine is due for renewal soon, and i can't believe my eyes.

2.0 Siii '07 air filter and interior changes

23 year old, 4 year no claims, TS10 with 3 points and 1 accident not at fault

Last year with 3 years no claims was Â£600

This year with 4 years no claims.......Â£900, how the hell does that work?!?!?!?!?!?!?

When i was 18 with no no-claims, 1.6 megane was cheaper!!!! how the hell does that wor!?!?!?!

Im on Â£980 and im 25 with no mods admited with 2 years no claims.

Have you tried all the usual places? sky, greenlight, adrianflux?

I've had the ts10 for 2 years now and its not been a problem. I haven't tried adrian flux, greenlight, or sky yet, just been on the comparison sites for an idea. I used to be with quinn for my meggy and they were good to me, also gave me 3rd party protection on any other car even though i only TPFT. Not sure i want to go back though, i ende up gettin quiet p*ssed off with them cos their admin seemed hopeless.

The points haven't made a single bit of difference, exactly the same price to the penny.

I don't see how on earth it makes any sense what so ever, and tbh i'm a much safer, better and more aware driver now then i have ever been before.

Just tried sky and they wanted Â£740.

ill try elephant aswell, got a few others aswell.

It just dosen't make sense how its gone up, well pi........(the scary thought of macker came to mind) hahah

Has there been alot of claims locally to you? if so that will push the premiums up even if they werent your fault.

Ring the brokers and play them off with each other, saved me Â£80 doing that last year.

Not much could save me money this year though lol

yeah was planning on that. erm i dont know about claims tbh, but my next door neighbour was robbed and had his car stolen, could that be a factor???
