Im not 100% certain, but if you put different alloys from another Hyundai thenI believe it makes little or no difference (eg, if you put factory gen-3 alloys on a gen1) as it can be classed as a manufacturer upgrade not a mod! I beleive it even works when swapping steelies for alloys, such as putting Coupe alloys on a bottom-spec Getz, which usually comes with steelies.
Like I said im not 100% clued up on how that one works, but hopefully someone on here will clear it up

yes your right you dont need to declare them........but............insurance companies only pay out on standard spec so if you claimed you had factory fit alloys they could refuse to pay if spec then says it didnt

I declared that I had changed the factory fit alloys to F2 EVO alloys and it didn't cost anything extra
