stayed at my grampas last night and parked bang outside his house, hes lived there for 50+ years and the permit thing was introduced a few years back, he doesnt own a car anymore as hes 80 ish and hasent used his paring space for years, i parked there over nioght last night and got stuck with a £30 fine i mean wtf... havent had time to go and play **** at the police station but will be soon and will not pay the fine. any advice or comments on this issue?

explain the situation and get written concent from your grandad i would say. Does he own the parking space? Surley there is something in place for visitors, people do have friends and family. Just don't be over dramatic about it or abusive until you need to.
