that's harsh mate, would definately complain when summoned that it was setup as a speed trap, if there's no signs for miles etc, should be able to get off with it m8.

Was it in Cannock? Was it the road coming from the Orbitals? Or the one from Junction 11 towards Longford island? I've seen the cops round there a few times

stupid i know, but there were no signs and it was an unmarked hideden van, looked at the photo's van was hiding behind bushes on a bridge. cheeky bu**ers to the old bill.

is there not a loophole where if there is no signs for over half mile there is no imposed limit? probably an old wives tale

the whole road markings and rules thing is very confusing, that's why I'm all for compulsary mini training courses rather than fines and points for at least the first offence

ok so i got pulled 2 weeks ago yesterday (friday) if its right that if u dont get anythin (documents, court summoning, other letters from police) within 2 weeks of taking ur producer in that means if i dont get anythin today (saturday) im free an got away with this hehe im so hopeing i dont get done

i dont know i might be wrong but isnt it a month if you dont hear anything for a month or they have a month to inform you of the intention to prosecute ???

I was under the impression you have 2 weeks from being caught by a camera. It's bound to be a lot longer if you actually get pulled on the spot though
