Ive just got the bargain of the century just picked up a leather interior for £17

Im going to give it a good leather shampoo/dry/cream etc... Can anyone recommend a good leather cleaner? Autoexpress seem to like the Meguiars stuff. Also the drivers side bolster is a bit worn/torn, im going to wait and see what the damage is like and might try and pick up a decent leather repair kit (the putty stuff?) and if that doesnt come up trumps I might pick up a replacement cover like this:

Has anyone had any luck with leather repair kits??

I dunno about the repair kits, but I used the cleaning kit that came with our DFS leather sofa (other stores are available :lol ) and that worked a treat on our Scorpio come sale time...

Thanks! Might have a look at both of those, I think my mum has a leather cleaning kit from DFS as well, not sure she'd be too happy if I used it all tho :lol

Still be interested to see if anyone has had any good results with the repair kits....also the leather cover replacement I mentioned above, is that the right one..it looks it but its listed as a gen3 2001 to 2003 :confused

Just a +1 for a decent restoring product. Previous owners must have enjoyed hopping in and out of the car frequently :P Also a "scratch", for lack of a better word, across the passenger seat base could do with fixing.
