hi guys new to this site also the first hyundai coupe i have owned

i just got the car and have a problem with it noticed an air pipe lying disconected so hooked it back up on to a sensor
the sensor has kefico on it with the numbers 39330-22000 it has a connector on it with an air pipe bit to connect to it
when the air pipe from the inlet is connected the car idles at 3500 rpms when dissconected it drops back down can ant help ? what is this part called ?

It's the MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) sensor.
