Got in the car this morning and when changing stations on the car stereo the LCD display of it was really slow in changing in that it kind of faded, showed a few chars before showing the full characters on the display.
First I though perhaps the cold was effecting the battery but when I put the CD player on it was jumping all over the place, so I took the CD out and there was a load of condensation on it :(

I know sometimes I get a little ice on this inside of the rear window but I presume some sort of seal has gone somewhere on the car.

Anyone know of any likely places I should be checking.

i think it is just condensation freezin mate, I say this because I have the same thing with my CD player, doesn't usually make me CD jump, I do worry in case something freezes inside the CD Player and damages something

Wouldn't worry about it, most headunit manuals say that it'll happen in the cold and is normal. Besides, just turn it up and let the amp in the unit dry it all out.

the condensation on the inside of the window is usually from the AirCon, nothin to worry about there :thumbup
