My apologies for this long reply but I think if your going to badmouth someone the full story should be told. I bought a set of cclf angels from Paul (Diode Dynamics) for my original facelift headlights having installed a set off him in a set of generation 3 that I purchased a while ago because I didn't have the nerve to open my lights up. Had them delivered to my mates place in the states as he was on holiday out their at the time so they were brought back carefully by him in hand luggage. 3 of the four didn't work they were just in a small box supplied by USPO no bubble wrap or foam, at first he was quite helpful saying did I have them hooked up right? when I emailed him telling how I had done it and as it was right he thought he would give me the silent treatment till I threatened to post on hear and New Tib about him, strangely enough he came straight back to me saying not to post and he would send replacements to UK. After a long wait and pestering him with several emails they arrived, this time 2 of the three were not working if fact I could see that the tube inside the perspex was cracked pesumably because or the crap packing, I emailed him he did come straight back with a reply saying he would send 2 more replacements this time express delivery with foam packing I thanked him for this great service and asked him to email me when he had shipped them so I didn't have to keep bothering him I waited ages and in the end emailed him saying he obviously had no intention of sending them and my patience had finally run out and was going to post about him, he came back saying he had sent them so go ahead and post. Incidentally the so called last lot he claimed to have sent had no tracking number which he always sends to you by email although if you enter the tracking number number in to USPO it tells you that it is not a tracking number but Diode Dynamics is expected to bring the parcel in for shipment. When telling this to Paul on a previous purchase that was delayed he said that it not a tracking number but proof of purchase, so why send customers an email saying hear is your tracking number. This man must be the unluckiest man alive for having items lost in the post as I had an order go astray before and had to pester the life out of him before he sent a replacement, I have read of several other people on hear and New Tib with items also going astray or of coarse he is a serial liar I will never order off this man again he does not deserve to have a business but the choice as always is yours
