When i try and unlock my car the moment i push the open button it locks itself again. To get in i need to push open and have my hand ready to open the door before the locks engage. Also when im driving along the car will randomly lock and unlock the doors. I have tried replacing the batterys but that didnt do anything.

Any ideas?

its the central locking actuators on the doors.by the sound of yours its drivers side but you can never tell.easy to replace off ebay.dont go to dealer cost a fortune.il find you a link

if your buying both should get discount.dont worry about sides if you get both
but if you get one,you want rh remember they are opposite sides to us.its easy to do just take off door panel and replace
i take it you have a gen3 as its 02
