As you know I'm removing weight but I'm starting to fall into craziness. :P lol. Removing all the tarr at the moment and anything else I can find its starting to get silly. Any useful ideas on what can go next?

sunroof motor and lining??? and sound deadening, mats, rear windscreen wiper and motor. take the exhaust off.....the pipes weigh a fair bit, let alone the boxes hahah if your gion extreme, take the wiring out for stereo, elecy windows/mirrors etc put your engine oil level to just above min, and your coolant level on min. no washer fluid lol only jokin

Take all the seats out and put Bride buckets seats in the front. Bride seats are pretty lightweight.

Yup seats are out only one, trying to put a corbeura seat in at the moment its kinda awkward

guess u have removed all the bits u can remove now, prob to get rid of more weight ull need to swap OEM parts for light weigh parts, which also lightens ur wallet too!magic!!!

did u consider light weight alloys?

Changed the mirrors? If yours are electric thats weight from motors too, carbon fibre M3 mirrors are lighter.

As for bonnet, fibre glass is cheaper, but weaker, and often reinforced by thin sheet of metal, making it only a few kg less.

Have a crap before driving.

Sand off all the paint, thats why Mercs race in silver, in the 30s they were overweight, so they sanded off all the paint, they made the weight limit, and from then on raced in the silver of the bare metal.

You done anything to the windows? Glass is heavy, either get that plastic replacement race cars use, or in the case of the 3/4 panal windows replace them with carbonfibre.

Don't take any mates in the car (although I can't imagine them queing for a ride anyway)

You're taking this weight loss to improve performance thing seriously, yet you only got a 1.6! If you don't want to add the weight of a 2.0, what about putting an S-Coupe 1.5 turbo in? (If they'll fit, I'm not sure if they will, ask Sharky) It'll be lighter than the 2.0, yet has potential for similar power. Or go even more extreme and put the engine where the back seats used to be, middle engine, rwd, can't get better weight distribution.
