any help be great

p.s here is a pic of what enzo sent me(its not exactly what he sent i found this pic on net, bottom left of pic is the siren, looks same as what he sent me)

Hi mate, these screws are called 'Tamper proof torx' screws.

Tools to remove them are pretty much readily available, probably from Halfords I would think. I have a set in my Halfords toolkit.

Ignore what hyundai say.

Edit: Just thought about the aerial.

If you look at the back of the siren I sent you, there is a plug connected, and one black wire on it's own. I believe this is the aerial Steve is talking about.

hi rob you can get these from most tool shops etc, maplind even do them,my alarm wire or the wifes i should say sits on the top taped there and thats a story on its own as when we bought the car the insurance company stated they needed a letter from the main dealer to state it has an alarm fitted ie factory fitted,so i sent the wife (dee) to the dealer as he said they need to test it works ok so off she goes on a saturday mornin now they only open till midday,so she comes back and say it dosnt work so he wont give her the letter fro the insurance so now im a bit annoyed as i work nights so should be in bed so i go off to the dealer with dee,and i have to show him how it operates this is the dealer who dosnt no what hes doing and it all work fine as some scorpions take longer to set than others,as i use to fit alarms many years ago i no this,so in the end we get the letter after a lot of toing and froing to the dealer,so be aware of dealers who are meant to no there cars

steve :D
