I gave Hyundai dealer a call and they said it could be BCM (best part of £400+vat, supply only).
Will try reset, but luckily I have it under warranty with the garage I got it from, and they are looking into the problem...

Not had any bulbs changed recently, so can't be that.....

It is BCM if it's sticking on - if it's under warranty, get it sorted by them.
If it wasn't, I'd advise giving this a go, if it fails you're only out a couple of quid and would have to buy a new bcm anyway! :idea:

maybe if it doesnt work try resetting the ecu? take the negative battery lead off and hold the brake pedal down, connect the lead back up and see if it makes a difference.[/quote]
