Check the connections on the starter motor, (after disconnecting battery first) if not that it sounds like the solenoid on the starter motor. :aargh

Hi there...

When i first bought my coupe last may/june i initially experienced some problems with regard to starting up...engine would attempt to turn but just wouldnt.

Various garages said it was the immobiliser, even the break down guy said the same (how embarrassing)...I almost gave up on the coupe and was considering going Jap! Came to my senses and eventually took the coupe to the local dealer...Bingo!!!

They replaced the Crankshaft sensor, proves that all that technology the smallest device can have the biggest effect! Starts smoothly and efficiently now!
