Hi I am new to this vehicle forum.

My Wife's coupe's speedo has stopped working Friday also windscreen wipers. Hyundai Garage replaced fuses but it blew again imediately. I have not looked at it yet. Is there a diagram anywhere or at least a list of what is powered by each fuse and each fuse's location. We have owner's manual but nothing jumped out at me from that.

Regards

David

You need to tell us the age and gen of your coupe for us to be able to help. There are fuse layouts available but each gen is different ;)

Vehicle 1st reg 2001 which I guess makes it a Gen 2. I don't believe it is the Tuscani.

100 Scout, Thanks for that.

Is there a circuit diagram out there anywhere?

Is the speedo a mechanical link form the gearbox or electronic does anyone know.

Incidently the air bag waring lamp came on (and stayed on) a while ago. Is there a common thing like a wiring harness connector or loom that might affect all these things does anyone know? Maybe some cables are getting are getting caught. Just trying to get an idea where I should start to look.

Useful link thank you. If the same as the 2001 it shows speed sensor and front wipers sharing fuse 8.

Thanks again. I will try and have a look at it if only to make sure we don't get billed for parts not needed.

Going back to the original post I had this exact problem (mines a Gen 1). The fuse had blown, so I replaced it and immediately the 2nd one blew too. I took it to a garage and they popped a new fuse in then it was good as gold. I'm not saying waste 10 different fuses on it but maybe try a 2nd time and see if that works... sounds strange but that's what happened for me!
