Water in the wheels? Can't say I've come across that before... and I can't see how it'd have any effect anyway (if it did all those people that use TyreSeal would be wobbling all over the place!).
Rotation-induced vibration can be caused by all manners of things however given you say the symptoms disappear with your stock wheels on you can pretty much pinpoint it down to the wheels/tyres (not 100% as it could well be that the wider wheel accentuate a problem with your suspension for example).
It might be worth getting them balanced properly on the car as this will highlight any fitment issues (I don't recall if the F2 wheel are hub-centric or not).
How bad is the dented wheel? I'd be inclined not to use that one (do you have a spare) as, depending on the severity of it, alloys don't take well to physical deformations as it weakens them significantly (and, barring the dent itself, without visible signs of stress).
