'54 plate 2.7 V6. My brake warning light is permanately on. Brake pedal goes to the floor before any brakeing felt, pumping foot pedal does not bring braking back.

Have been told its possibly one of three things

1. Master cylinder totally shot
2. Brake Servo
3. ABS pump

Not seen any fluid on the ground and resivoir seems to be OK

Any thoughts?

The warning light (if it's the red one with hte word "brake" and the two circle things above it) is for handbrake and low fluid. If this light is on and the fluid level is ok, I suspect that the master cylinder is at fault. Have you had any brake work done lately? i.e. discs and pads replaced. It's not the ABS pump (fortunately for you) as failure of this would illuminate the ABS warning light.

Thanks for the reply, it turned out to be a split brake line. Replaced pipe, bled system, all now good (and a lot cheaper than anticipated)
