always go off the speedo the poilce wont take any notice if you say i was doing 30 acording to my satnav if ur speedo said 35

might even charge you for messing with it whilst driving!

its cool, not messing with it or anything, wanted to see what my sat nav said i was doing, and they are both in sync.

my speedo is 7mph over what my mates sat nav said! could be from when i changed the dials and didn't get the needles right?

Certainly. If you've had the needles off it is unlikely they were put back exactly right.

That said, yours is still within spec (assuming you tested it above 45mph).

well i compared my car with my mates car last night just to see, i had the sat nav and he was in his car nxt to me. at 50. my sat nav said i was doing 50 same as my speedo but my mate was falling behind when he had his speedo at 50 so it would look like my speedo is pretty good
