what about drop links? i keep hearing about something like them that seizes and needs to be cut and replaced? callum said something about bathing them in wd40 the day before but i dont know what they even are lol

if you take your wheel off you will see the suspension strut and spring assembly
on the strut there will be a bar with like two balljoint looking things one at each end bolted to the strut and the other end bolted to the anti-roll bar that is your drop link
and i think it depends how much you lower the car if you have to change them for shorter but i couldnt tell you for deffo and wd40 and abit of brut force usuall gets them off if not just break the nut off using a nut breaker and get new nuts if the drop[ links dont need to be changed that is

I would go with the 30mm drop ... anymore on a V6 and you will catching speed humps with the sump shield
