right your handbrake should travel between 5 and 7 clicks ... 15 is a MOT failer , you will have to adjust your cable to get the number of clicks down ;)

Yes but dont over do it ... if you do the back brakes will be locked on ;)

The way i do it is ... jack the back of the car up by the towing eye , then adjust the cable up a bit as a time ... then check each wheel turns freely with the hand brake off , make sure you leave it in gear and chock the wheels so the car doesn't roll away on you ;)

ill have to give it a try..
what should i do IF i can not get it to 6-7 clicks after adjusting?
