What a depressing way to end a day

Can't take it hyundai tomorrow cus the parts/service is closed.

Will the car be safe to drive?
Went out just now and the lights are staying on

If you press the traction control button ( TCS ) the light on the dash should come on ... this means the TCS is off , pressing it again will put it back on , when you turn your engine off ... then start it again they TCS should be off ... even though it was on when you turn the engine off ,
This happenend to me on the Welsh meeting /trip last year , i need to make a fast take off to beat the traffic at a busy junction , so i turned the TCS off so i would have more power , anyway taking off like a bat out of hell ... the ABS light came on so we pulled into a layby and done a ECU reset ( this is taking the earth lead off the battery and then replacing it ) then starting the engine back up ... all the computer was reset and the ABS light went out

Does your TCS button "click". mine just sorta pushes, with no feel to it..
even when the TCS was working and I pressed the TCS button, it didn't seem to do any anything!!

Sounds exactly what I have!

After about 5 mins my TCS off & ABS light come on and stay on until I turn the car off and I get the binding of the brakes. Yet to take it to Hyundai though, probably next weekend.

Get a bit of binding/rubbing/grinding front left though, so i'ma let them check it out. Think its probably rust on the disk sue to it being stood for ages
