Right so i've had my motor almost 2 weeks now and apart from a short drive i havent drove it until today. The missus drove it the 50 mile back and didnt report this and it's not like she couldn't have noticed.

When driving, for the first minute...if that, it's fine, however it then starts to make an odd noise, not a squeeling as such, similar but a lot deeper. I can't figure out where it's coming from other than the passenger side, and even that i cant tell. It's most noticable at low speed and isn't a constant either, it does it at what seems like certain parts of a revolution like wirr......wirr.....wirrr and obviously the length of time between gets shorter as i go faster.

No smoke from brakes or anything though. Any ideas please?

if its intermittent like you say then its defo something to do with wheels or brakes

wheel alignment is pretty bad on it. Track rod ends were replaced just before i bought it to get it up to spec on MOT, obviously no tracking done afterwards.

Brakes at the front get hotter than at the back but other than that all looks good brakewise and it literally went through an MOT 2 weeks ago with no advisories. I'll get the alignment done see how it goes after that.
